Who is this for?

I bring sharp analysis, deep leadership experience, and a unique skill for seeing what is happening underneath what is happening. I ask the question no one else is asking. I name what others are missing.
And I tell you the truth with kindness and compassion, because real candor only works when it comes from genuinely seeing you, not standing at a distance and critiquing you.
